Product Orders

Unless otherwise stated in the description, items are certified refurbished and are in like-new operating condition. Refurbished items may contain minor cosmetic blemishes that will not impact operation or longevity.

MSRP is approximate full retail price at time of listing and does not include manufacturer sale prices or discounts, and is for comparison purposes only. All items are subject to prior sale and availability is not guaranteed. BTN Systems cannot be responsible for pricing or configuration errors and reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards directly, Paypal at paypal@btnsystems.com, wire transfers, cashier's checks/money orders, and cleared company checks. We charge 5.75% sales tax for Washington DC customers.

Customer Qualifications

BTN Systems markets its systems to small/midsize businesses only and is not permitted to sell to Dell's large corporate accounts; global, government, education, healthcare; or to other distributors. Buyer may not resell products on auction-type websites such as eBay.

Shipping

Most items ship within 1-3 business days after payment. Upgraded shipping is usually available for an extra charge. You will be informed of any additional delays in shipping.

For new customers, we ship to credit card billing and Paypal confirmed addresses only. We do not ship to international customers, or to locations outside the 50 states and District of Columbia.

BTN Systems is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping, although we will help the buyer file a claim with the carrier.
